What are GLOW’s dates and times?

Which attractions are included as part of my general admission ticket?

Your general admission ticket gets you access to Nashville’s Brightest Christmas Experience (the on-field walk through light experience), Winterfest Market, Santa’s Workshop, Blitzen’s Band Box and Mistletoe Cafe. You can also purchase from all food and beverage areas throughout the park.

Ice skating is $10 per 90 minute session for skate rentals but you can still enjoy the Frozen Fortress viewing platform as part of the overall on-field experience. Reindeer Run Tube Park rides can be added for $4 for 1 ride, $10 for 4 rides, or $20 for 10 rides. These rides can be split up among anyone in your party if you’d like!

If you’re interested in participating in any of the add-ons, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance as we anticipate each will sell out quickly. Plus, skip a step the night you attend by filling out your waivers now.

My ticket says 4pm. Can I come anytime?

Don’t worry about the time shown on Ticketmaster’s purchase page! You’re welcome to arrive to GLOW at whatever time you’d like, as your ticket will be valid from 4-10pm. The 4pm time on Ticketmaster reflects the start time of the event.

Will there be a military discount?

Yes, a military discount (10% off) will be available at the box office with an official ID. Each ID can purchase up to 4 tickets.

Does the VIP Experience include ice skating and tubing?

The VIP experience does not include tubing and ice skating by default, but can be added during checkout.

A VIP ticket includes a rotating menu of chef-curated buffet meals, premium parking, a dedicated VIP front entrance lane, epic elevated views, exclusive access to the best cocktails of the season, and the warmth and comfort of the GLOW VIP Lounge on the club level at First Tennessee Park.

Is parking available at GLOW?

State Parking Lot 9, located at 440 Harrison Street, is GLOW’s premium parking lot. It is the closest and most convenient lot to GLOW’s main entrance and offers the area’s only covered parking.

Based on capacity, space in our premium garage may also be available day of event for $15 per car on Standard Days and $10 per car on Value Days.  To ensure access to premium parking at GLOW, be sure to purchase parking in advance when you buy your GLOW tickets.

I have a bus or other large vehicle. Where should I park?

Guests arriving via bus can be dropped off/picked up in the east-most lane of 5th Avenue in front of the entrance to GLOW. (Please follow the cones and signs to provide the smoothest experience for everyone.)

Following drop off, buses can park in State Lot 16 at 647 Rosa L Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37203.  Learn more about the most convenient parking options here.

Is there an age limit for GLOW?

All ages are welcomed to come and enjoy GLOW. Children 3 and over need their own ticket, and Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

What if it rains or there’s other inclement weather?

GLOW will be held rain or shine and no refunds will be issued as a result of inclement weather while GLOW remains open.  If, however, GLOW is closed or postponed due to severe weather, ticket holders will receive a refund for the affected event day.

Are there age, height or weight restrictions for ice skating or tubing?

For the Frozen Fortress Ice Skating Rink, skaters who are age 6 and under must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.  While on the ice, skaters are not allowed to carry children.  No one is permitted on ice without skates.

For the Reindeer Run Tube Park, riders must be 36″ or taller and at least 3 years old to tube. Only one person is allowed on a single tube. Children 36″ to 41″ tall are to use an adjacent lane to a guardian, each needing a token to ride. (Adults will be allowed to hold onto their child’s tube in the adjacent lane)

Can you purchase tickets at the gate?

Tickets will be available at the box office each night of GLOW, but we recommend purchasing in advance for the best prices and guaranteed entry.

Does GLOW offer group ticketing?

Yes! Group ticketing solutions are available starting at 50 people. If your group qualifies, send an email to support@glowholiday.com to learn more.

How much does skating and tubing cost?

Where is the closest place to stay?

The nearest hotel to First Tennessee Park in Germantown is the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel, plus we are just minutes away from all downtown Nashville hotels. For a list of places to stay, be sure to check out the Nashville CVC website after you’ve purchased your GLOW tickets!

Can my tube rides be split between people?

Yes! The night you attend GLOW, you will receive tokens for each ride purchased. Those tokens can be distributed however you’d like!

What are the ice skating session times?

We’ll be offering 3 different ice skating sessions times per night at the Frozen Fortress:

Session 1: 4:30 – 6:00
Session 2: 6:30 – 8:00
Session 3: 8:30 – 10:00

Times in between sessions are set aside for cleaning the ice to ensure the best quality regardless of which session is right for you.

Is the Frozen Fortress Ice Skating real ice?

Yes! It’s the real deal. A hockey town like Smashville deserves the best.

  • Hoverboards
  • Laser Pointers

  • Throwing Items
  • Tripods
  • Weapons/Knives (with our without a permit)

*Snacks are permitted for ages 2 and under and for guests with specific food allergies by discretion of the Guest Services staff.

Are pets allowed at GLOW?

Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome at First Tennessee Park, provided they are accompanied by the handler and leashed at all times. However, pets will not be allowed.

What forms of payment will be accepted?

  • Tickets can be purchased here using most major credit cards.
  • During the event, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash.
  • There will be ATMs on site.

Is smoking permitted at GLOW?

GLOW is a non-smoking event.

What is the best way to dress for an evening at GLOW?

  • GLOW is a predominantly outdoor experience, so please be sure you dress accordingly.
  • Guests are encouraged to dress warmly and be prepared in case of rain.
  • There are multiple covered and heated areas at GLOW, including the Winterfest Market, Mistletoe Cafe, Blitzen’s Bandbox and more.

Are we allowed to bring food or drinks into GLOW?

Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside GLOW, but we feature a host of amazing food options to ensure you find all that you need to eat, drink and be merry.

Are cameras allowed inside GLOW?

  • Absolutely! GLOW is the ultimate Instagrammable experience.  There will be many great photo opportunities, as well as a Santa on site to get the perfect holiday photo.
  • Be sure to use #GLOWnashville and tag @GLOWholiday to share photos of your experience with others.
  • DSLR cameras are allowed for the purpose of personal use.  If you would like to do a photo shoot at GLOW, contact us.

Will there be cash machines on site?

Yes. There will be several cash machines located on site.

Is the Winterfest Market outdoors?

While it will be outdoors, the market will be covered under the concourse at First Tennessee Park.

Do I need to bring my own ice skates?

No, ice skates are provided with every purchase of an ice skating ticket.

Is GLOW ADA accessible?

First Tennessee Park is designed to accommodate disabled ticket holders. GLOW is ADA compliant and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate each guest with disabilities.
