Times in between sessions are set aside for cleaning the ice to ensure the best quality regardless of which session is right for you. Save time getting your wristbands by filling out your waiver now.

My ticket says 5pm. Can I come anytime?

Don’t worry about the time shown on Ticketmaster’s purchase page! You’re welcome to arrive to GLOW at whatever time you’d like, as your ticket will be valid from 5-10pm. The 5pm time on Ticketmaster reflects the start time of the event.

Note: If you purchased your tickets before December 1st, your ticket may show 4pm, but GLOW will start opening at 5pm effective Tuesday, December 3rd.

Our hope is the extra hour makes it a little easier for guests to arrive on time for any surprise kickoff festivities we may have planned and ensures that everyone experiences Nashville’s Brightest Christmas Experience the way it was intended regardless of the time a guest decides to arrive.
