Getting to GLOW

Figure out the best transportation plan for you

GLOW is located at First Tennessee Park, home of the Nashville Sounds, in the heart of downtown Nashville. Between 3rd Avenue North and 5th Avenue North at 19 Jr Gilliam Way, the stadium is a short walk from many downtown sites, including Bicentennial Mall and the Nashville Farmers’ Market.

The stadium is easily accessible via several routes. The best option is to use I-24 and exit onto either Jefferson Street (Exit 47/47A) or James Robertson Parkway/Main Street (Exit 48). After exiting I-24, drive across the Cumberland River toward downtown Nashville.

Where should I park?

GLOW’s premium parking lot located at 440 Harrison Street is the closest and most convenient garage to GLOW’s main entrance and offers the area’s only covered parking. Based on capacity, space may be available day of event for $15 per car on Standard Days and $10 per car on Value Days. To ensure access, be sure to purchase parking in advance when you buy your GLOW tickets.

There are also over 6,000 parking spaces within a half-mile walk from First Tennessee Park. Some employee parking lots owned by the State of Tennessee are available for free after 5:30pm if you don’t mind a longer walk. These lots are located on the west side of James Robertson Parkway and near the Nashville Farmer’s Market. Vehicles should not be left overnight.

What about ride shares and public transportation?

First Tennessee Park makes it easy for ride shares. For the most convenient location near GLOW’s front entrance and exit, request drop-off and pick-up from the Right Field entrance on 5th Ave N.

GLOW guests can also ride a city bus to the Music City Central transit station and walk to the stadium.

What about ADA parking options?

All of the parking lots listed on our parking map have ADA spaces available. Additional ADA parking will be provided in a surface lot on a first-come, first-served basis at 5th & Harrison. While these parking spaces do not have access aisles, they will be available for free to persons with a State-issued disabled person license plate, placard, or decal. Learn more about our ADA accommodations here.

What are my walking and biking options?

Walking and biking to the stadium are encouraged. A greenway flanks the stadium and connects to the Cumberland River Greenway. Also, there are plenty of sidewalks connecting the stadium to destinations downtown and beyond.

Nashville B-cycle is the city’s bike-share program. Hop on a B-cycle at any of the 30 stations and pedal to the B-station located at First Tennessee Park. 24-hour access passes are $5. Unlimited rides of 60-minutes or less can be taken during that access period. 7-day, 30-day and annual memberships are also available.
